Every month we send you a summary of the requests and closed trips with your code.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, by bank transfer, once the agency has paid us and your balance reaches €50.
Can I use my code for my own trips?
No. Self-referrals don’t count.
Program terms
In force since 9 October 2026.
- Who can join: adults, self-employed people and companies with a website, social media or clients related to the Camino. We review every application and may decline it. Commissions count from approval.
- Commission: 25% of the net commission (excluding VAT) that Xacobea actually receives from the agency for each organized trip booked and paid. If a trip is cancelled and the agency doesn’t pay or claws back our commission, there is no commission. Booking, other links, ads and business listings earn no commission.
- Attribution: first touch, 90 days from the first click on your link. It only counts if the request arrives with your code: because the traveler accepted the referral cookie or requested the quote in the same visit. If they arrived earlier with another code, that one counts.
- Not allowed: self-referrals (your trips or those of people close to you), bidding on “Xacobea” in Google Ads or other search engines, domains or profiles posing as Xacobea, spam, misleading claims about prices, availability or services, and coupon or discount sites. Such requests earn no commission and may lead to removal.
- Payout: monthly, once the agency has paid Xacobea and your balance reaches €50 (otherwise it carries over). By bank transfer, against your invoice or, if you don’t invoice, valid tax details (name, tax ID, address and IBAN).
- Taxes: each affiliate declares their income and pays their own taxes and contributions. We will apply any withholding required by law.
- Data: we don’t share travelers’ personal data with you; the monthly summary only shows dates, route and amounts. Your data is handled under the privacy policy.
- You act independently: you may not contract or speak on behalf of Xacobea.
- Termination: either side can end the agreement at any time by email. Commissions already earned are paid, except in case of fraud or breach of these terms.
- Changes: we notify you by email 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can leave before they apply.
- Governing law: Spanish law.
