History and what to see
Leaving Baamonde you cross the Parga river on the San Alberte bridge, Gothic and from the 14th century, and climb to the chapel of the same name in an oak grove. Then come tracks through woods, meadows and near-empty hamlets with few services: carry water and some food. Miraz, already in Friol, is just a handful of houses.
