History and what to see
You leave San Sebastián up the slopes of Mount Igueldo, among Basque farmhouses and meadows. The path drops to Orio, a fishing town on the Oria estuary with a steep old quarter. From there you reach Zarautz, which has the longest beach in Gipuzkoa.
