Vía de la Plata
Updated:
The Vía de la Plata starts in Seville and covers about 1,000 km to Santiago. In Galicia the Xunta lists three variants: via Laza (222.5 km), via Verín (253.3 km) and via Feces (196.7 km), all of medium difficulty. It is long and quiet: avoid the summer heat in the south.

Season and difficulty
Spring and autumn are usually easier: summer heat in the south is strong and some stretches between villages are long.
If it is your first Camino
The Camino Francés has more services and shorter stages to start with. We can help you organise either option.
